The many and wonderful ammounts of you

You wake up. You're the morning you. You go to school. You're the school you. You go to lunch, and you're the lunch you. You go home, you go on a date, you hang out, you go to your job, you go to your room. Every single one of these places produces a new type of you. You may not notice, others may not notice, but you're always different in correlation to whom you're with and where you are. I'd like to think that there's just one me. No matter where I go, or who I'm with, wouldn't it be nice to have only one me? Take it or leave it? That's the kind of thing I hope people are striving for. You're always taught to be yourself. Live your life and make it your own etc. but very few actually take these words to heart.

So next time you're faced with a task, I urge you to take it head on and above all, be yourself at your core at all times. Don't be afraid to take chances. Don't be afraid to make a mistake. Swallow your pride, throw your ego away, and just be you.

  1. This is so true how people act different at different times. The me in front authority figures is definitely not me.
    I like this.
